I don't think Pep regrets anything he's done. He probably did it for a valid reason.
At the time i thought City getting 40m for him was a great deal (for City) but now, yeah i imagine Pep is wishing he still had him but easy in hindsight!
I think he's mint. Ice Cold Palmer is a great celebration too.
